Worst hotel ever I ever stayed.Situated in very narrow lane.No parking facility.Rooms are dirty , cockroaches are moving freely.Dirty,old fashioned bathroom.We left the hotel at 5.30 am without taking breakfast though it was included in our package.I will never recommend it to anybody.I would love to give ZERO rating but you don't have that option.

It is a good hotel with standard pricing but it is located in a small lane where parking is not possible . Rooms are good and spacious . Staff was very friendly and helpful .It is close to the Golden Temple . I would recommend this hotel for a budget friendly trip.

I stayed in this hotel with my wife for two nights. We had come to Amritsar as tourist to visit Golden Temple, Jalianwala Bagh, Wagha Border etc on fixed tour programme. Well coming to hotel aspect, we were supposed to be picked up from airport, where in we made to stay in airport for more than 30 minutes in search of the hotel taxi, which we paid for. Pretty bad experience in the beginning itself. Regarding room, it was centrally air conditioned room, the temperature was set for 22 degrees, but room was hot, on enquireing, it was set right. Bath room was filled with small cockroaches, no hot water was available. Dinner was OK, but dining hall was very shabby. Morning breakfast was served against payment as it was not in our itinerary. But was OK eatable. But not that great! Reception person Mr. Ajay Thakoor was very nice man helped us in our needy times. Thats the only plus point

We stayed here with family for one night, rooms are clean, neat and spacious. Basic facilities available here near to golden temple food is very delicious. Breakfast was not available in the morning when we left that was very disappointing had to leave from hotel with hunger and empty stomach they should start kitchen early morning

I stayed 1 day with my boss in this hotel which 3 kms away from golden temple very nice hotel for stay but i faced one problem i.e parking otherwise hotel is very good for everyone services are also fast and quick.
